- 300g chargrilled sirloin served with chunky chips, garden salad and your choice of sauce
- Surf and Turf: 250 chargrilled eye fillet steak topped with creamy garlic prawns, served with roast garlic and thyme mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, mash and your choice of sauce
- Lamb shanks: Slowly braised and served with creamy mashed potato, buttered vegetables and red wine jus
- Pork belly: Slow-roasted, served with parsnip puree and finished with an apple soy glaze and marinated apple wedges
- Chicken parmigiana: Chicken schnitzel with Napoli sauce, ham, cheese, seasonal salad and chunky fries
- Salmon fillet: Pan-seared and served with lemon butter sauce, broccolini, deep-fried carrot shreds and capers
- Moreton Bay bugs: Chargrilled with spicy mango butter and a fresh salad of mixed leaves, bruschetta mix and smashed avocado
- Seafood Risotto: Prawns, mussels, scallops, and calamari, pan-fried in butter and white wine, with Arborio rice, finished with dill and parmesan
